Op maandag 7 september 2020 werd een voorzichtig begin gemaakt met de afdelingsbijeenkomst. Met onderstaande maatregelen was de bijeenkomst corona-proof en men hield zich er keurig aan. Als de leden zich op deze manier blijven gedragen, kan de bijeenkomst blijven doorgaan!
De avond begint om 20.00 uur en duurt tot 22.30 uur.
Er zullen enkele spelregels gehanteerd worden:
- Er is een aparte ingang en uitgang
- De tafels staan 1,5 m. uit elkaar.
- Er is een looproute met 1 richting.
- De toiletruimte mag met 1 persoon tegelijk gebruikt worden.
- De handen moeten ontsmet worden met de flacon die daar staat.
- Er zullen kartonnen wegwerp bekers gebruikt worden.
- Het afrekenen van de consumpties zal gepast betaald moeten worden. Neem dus voldoende geld mee.
- De QSL kaarten kunnen afgehaald en gebracht worden.
Tijdens de bijeenkomst (en eventuele volgende) bestaat er de mogelijkheid om de VRZA te sponsoren door het kopen van een fles “Elektrolyt”, een lekkere kruidenlikeur voor in de shack waarvan de gehele opbrengst te gunste komt van de VRZA Zuid-Limburg!
Voor slechts € 10,- sponsor je de lokale afdeling en zorg je ervoor dat de misgelopen inkomsten door Corona weer een beetje worden aangevuld.
