Beste MLB-lid, beste cursist, beste bezoeker,
het bestuur van MLB heeft beslist alle MLB-activiteiten terug te hervatten.

De Vlaamse overheid laat ons dit (op dit moment) toe, mits het in acht nemen en toepassen van alle hygiënische voorzorgsmaatregelen en het volgen van de opgelegde coronamaatregelen.

We kunnen niet “bij de pakken blijven zitten”. De vakantie is voorbij, de scholen hervatten, iedereen is zo goed als terug aan het werk, en het leven dat we kenden voor corona, zal niet snel terug keren. M.a.w. we zullen vermoedelijk nog een hele tijd rekening moeten houden met dit gemene virus. Maar niets houdt ons nog langer tegen om op een veilige manier “de draad terug op te pikken” en onze activiteiten te hervatten. Alles zal anders verlopen, maar ook dat raken we stilaan gewoon.

Frederik, ON5IA, is met zichzelf de uitdaging aangegaan om CW te leren. Dromend van de mogelijkheden van CW om portabel en QRP te werken, ging hij op zoek naar een projectje dat hem gemotiveerd kon houden. Dat vond hij in de vorm van de QRP Labs 5W CW Transceiver kit.

Tussen de verschillende CW oefensessies door, knutselde hij dit zeer goed gedocumenteerde kitje, boordenvol opties in elkaar. Vrijdag 18 september 2020 vertelt hij aan de hand van een 30 a 40 minuten durende presentatie, hoe dat in zijn werk ging.

Leden en belangstellenden van buiten de vereniging zijn van harte welkom.

MAAR LET OP !!!!  in Belgie gelden momenteel strengere regels betreffende Corona preventie en gebruik van mondmaskers.  Kijk voor de meest actuele situatie altijd nog even op de website.

Afspraken en maatregelen

Bij de heropstart van al onze MLB-activiteiten is het van belang
dat we rekening houden met ” de 6 gouden regels” en een mondmasker bij hebben.
Kan de 1,5 meter afstand tussen elkaar niet gewaarborgd blijven,
dan dient men het mondmasker correct te dragen.
