Arthur Willemse presenteert een serie kunstwerken.
In samenwerking met Zuid Limburgse radio amateurs wordt deze ‘Morse Kunst’ vanuit creatieve en audio visuele invalshoek benaderd.
Een aantal ideeën worden uitgewerkt om het radio zend amateurisme tijdens de expositie naar voren te brengen.
