Nach 2 ausschließlich virtuellen Tagungen freuen sich die Teams des FACW und von Pi and Radio – unterstützt durch den OV Weinheim A20 – in diesem Jahr wieder eine Veranstaltung mit Flohmarkt, Vorträgen und Ham-Fest durchführen zu können. Die Weinheimer UKW-Tagung versteht sich in ihrer Tradition als Treffpunkt für Alle, die sich für Funktechnik und Elektronik interessieren; sie findet jährlich seit 1956 statt. Funkamateure aus ganz Europa referieren auf diesem Forum über ihre Erfahrungen, informieren über innovative Entwicklungen und teilen ihr Know-How.
Die Weinheimer UKW-Tagung wird seit 1956 von engagierten Funkamateuren gemeinnützig und auf ehrenamtlicher Basis ausgerichtet.

HF on Holiday – considerations and ideas – Daimon G4USI
Have you ever considered operating while on holiday? In this presentation, Daimon covers the things you might wish to consider if taking a small HF station with you, either at home or abroad. From family, licensing, mode and other considerations, Daimon will focus on some practical examples of antennas and small stations that he uses himself to be QRV, wherever he is.
This presentation will focus on practical aspects of leisure operating as an aside to your holiday, rather than being the main component – this is not a presentation about planning DXpeditions.

The first DX-Adventure project is therefore immediately ambitious:
The Arctic Archipelago – Svalbard – IOTA EU026 from April 19-26, 2022.
The setup is to be active with 5 stations on all HF bands in different modes (CW, SSB, RTTY, FT8-FT4). In addition, we have the ambition to be the first to activate EU026 on QO-100. Three team members take on the challenge of driving a snowmobile all the way to Kapp Linné, about 100km east of Longyearbyen.
This is the only location that allows a “line of sight” on the QO-100 satellite. In addition, Kapp Linné is also on the edge of the satellite footprint – speaking of a challenge…

ON6VP, François uit Zutendaal, zal op deze clubavond de bouw van de SPY radio MK7 (ook bekend onder de naam Paraset) toelichten. François heeft ieder onderdeel, ieder component nagebouwd. Het is een juweeltje en perfect werkend toestel.
Het beloofd alvast een boeiende avond te worden met een echt zelfbouwproject en gestart van scratch.
