He will discuss a wide variety of QRP operating styles, take a look at some equipment used, and activities QRPers are involved in. He will discuss the unique opportunity it provides for Foundation Licensees, what any ham can accomplish with QRP and give examples of his success. He will also provide a large number of resources to assist you with QRP Operations.

Ronald gaat in die lezing eerst in op POCSAG in het algemeen en vervolgens op de werking en de structuur van DAPNET. Ingewikkeld is het niet maar je moet even door hebben hoe het precies in elkaar zit. Tot slot gaat hij in de lezing ook in op toepassingen.
Dat wordt weer een boeiende avond.

In this talk Heather will cover an introduction to flying HABs (High Altitude Balloons), the radio systems involved, some science experiments she did on their flights, the recovery system she developed to help find the payload when it lands and, of course, lots of pictures from “almost” the edge of space.

Am Samstag, den 15. April 2023, findet von 9 bis 16 Uhr der 5. FUNK.TAG KASSEL in der Messe Kassel statt. Der FUNK.TAG ist die innovative Erlebnismesse in der Mitte Deutschlands und vereint Technik, Amateurfunk und Gemeinschaft. Besonders attraktiv für Besucher und Händler ist die zentrale, verkehrstechnisch günstige Lage von Kassel im Zentrum Deutschlands. Die Funkmesse mit Elektronik-Flohmarkt bietet eine Informations- und Angebotsplattform für ca. 50 kommerzielle und ideelle Aussteller.
Voor de lezing van april hebben we de medewerking van de leden nodig.
Wat hebben we de afgelopen 3 corona jaren allemaal gemaakt en gekocht? Waar ben je trots op, en hoe heb je het aangepakt? Frederik ON5IA zal deze informatie in een presentatie gieten die ook achteraf gedeeld zal worden.
Op dit moment staat de teller al op 7 projectjes en 5 interessante en soms ook verrassende aankopen.

Jubiläum: Der 40. Bergheimer Amateurfunk-Flohmarkt findet statt am 6.5.2023
Der Termin für unser 40. Jubiläum steht fest: Samstag, 6.5.2023
Eigentlich wäre das Jubiläum bereits im Jahre 2021 gewesen. Leider konnten wir, bedingt durch die Corona-Auflagen, in zwei Jahren keinen Flohmarkt durchführen, so dass wir dies nun im Jahr 2023 mit Euch feiern wollen.
Die Ausrichtung im letzten Jahr war nicht nur durch Corona, sondern auch durch ein eingeschränktes Flohmarkt-Team, nur unter großen Anstrengungen möglich. Wie in anderen OVs auch steigt der Altersdurchschnitt und es wird immer schwieriger hier Mitstreiter zu finden. Wer uns gerne unterstützen möchte, sei es bei der Organisation, dem Aufbau oder in der Cafeteria ist herzlich willkommen.
Das Flohmarkt-Team hat sich für dieses Jahr neu aufgestellt. Dem bisherigern Orga-Team rund um Peter DF8IK und Rene DF8WA danken wir für Ihr unermüdliches Engagement und ihren Einsatz in den letzten Jahren.

Jack and Al collaborated to build the T41-EP, a 7 band, 20W, CW/SSB SDR transceiver and this presentation is chiefly about how they developed the high performance CW decoder.
Jack and Al co-authored the Software Defined Radio Transceiver (2022) and Microcontroller Projects for Amateur Radio (2019) books and numerous articles and presentations. They are also co-founders of the Greater Cincinnati Builders Group and were awarded the RSGB’s Bennett Prize in 2021 for their article on their “Double-Double Magnetic Loop” antenna article in the February, 2020, issue of RadCom.
