Liebe Freunde des Dortmunder Amateurfunkmarktes.
Der 50. Dortmunder Amateurfunkmarkt fand am 26. November 2022 statt. Insgesamt hatten ca. 2000 Besucher, Aussteller und Interessengruppen wieder einmal für eine interessante und vielfältige Veranstaltung gesorgt. Wir haben uns darüber gefreut nach den 2 Jahren Zwangspause durch die Pandemie, viele bekannte Gesichter wiedergesehen zu haben. Wir hoffen alle auch beim 51. Markt wieder begrüßen zu können. Unserer besonderer Dank geht an die vielen ehrenamtlichen Helfer ohne die eine solche Veranstaltung wirtschaftlich nicht durchzuführen wäre. Nach längeren Verhandlungen mit unseren Ansprechpartnern (Hallenleitung, Elektriker, Tischvermieter) steht nun auch der Termin für den diesjährigen Markt fest: Der 51. Dortmunder Amateurfunkmarkt findet am Samstag, den 9. Dezember 2023 in der Westfalenhalle 8 in Dortmund statt.
Aus wirtschaftlichen Gründen werden in diesem Jahr zwei wesentliche Änderungen notwendig:
1. Andere (kleinere) Halle; jetzt Halle 8.
2. Es gibt Tische mit und ohne Stromanschluss.
Alle anderen Abläufe werden weitestgehend unverändert beibehalten.

Usually taking place in the beautiful city of Brussels (Belgium), FOSDEM is widely recognised as the best such conference in Europe.
FOSDEM is a free and non-commercial event organised by the community for the community. The goal is to provide free and open source software developers and communities a place to meet to:
- get in touch with other developers and projects;
- be informed about the latest developments in the free software world;
- be informed about the latest developments in the open source world;
- attend interesting talks and presentations on various topics by project leaders and committers;
- to promote the development and benefits of free software and open source solutions.
Participation and attendance is totally free, though the organisers gratefully accept donations and sponsorship.
The FOSDEM team feels it is very important for free and open source software developers around the world to be able to meet in “real life”.
To this end, we have set up developer rooms (devrooms) with network/internet connectivity and projectors where teams can meet and showcase their projects. Devrooms are a place for teams to discuss, hack and publicly present latest directions, lightning talks, news and discussions. We believe developers can benefit a lot from these meetings.

GRONINGER RADIO AMATEUR TREFFEN
De markt wordt georganiseerd in de bekende Veilinghallen (Flowerdome) Legroweg 80, 9761TD te Eelde. Dit ligt 10 Km ten zuiden van Groningen en prima bereikbaar per openbaar vervoer en op loopafstand van Groningen Airport Eelde. De hal heeft een oppervlakte van 2500-3000 m2, is uitstekend verlicht en verwarmd.
In het zelfde complex wordt elke week een zeer grote vlooienmarkt georganiseerd door Vitalis, die vele duizenden bezoekers trekt.
Voor deze markt is opnieuw het samenwerking verband verlengt tussen Groninger Radio Amateurs, de st. RCGA en www.vitalisvlooienmarkten.nl.
Door samenwerking hebben bezoekers nu direct toegang voor beide markten voor één entree prijs van slechts € 3,50. Kinderen tot en met 13 jaar gratis entree.
De radiomarkt is zaterdag voor het publiek geopend van 09:30u tot 15:00u.
Gratis Parkeer gelegenheid is in ruime mate aanwezig!
